System integration and DevOps
The Project Drivers connects the systems a company already runs, such as ERP, CRM, WMS and TMS, accounting, payment and industry tools, so data moves between them automatically instead of being retyped. We also set up the infrastructure, CI/CD and monitoring that keep releases fast and stable.
Typical integration projects
- Orders, inventory and billing synchronized between operations and accounting.
- CRM connected to quoting, delivery and support tools.
- Client portals that read live data from internal systems.
- EDI, file-based and API integrations with partners and carriers.
- Nightly reconciliation with a short list of real exceptions for the team.
How we approach it
We start by mapping which system owns which data and where it is copied by hand today. Then we design the integration with clear rules for conflicts, retries and failures, so a broken connection is visible instead of silently losing data. We prefer official APIs; where they do not exist we use files or database access with safeguards.
DevOps
Microservices where they help, containers, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code on AWS and other clouds, logging and monitoring. The goal is boring releases: small, frequent and reversible.
Frequently asked questions
Can you integrate systems that do not have an API?
Often yes. When a system has no API we use scheduled file exports, database access or vendor connectors, with checks that alert the team if a transfer fails.
How long does a typical integration take?
A focused integration between two systems usually takes 3 to 8 weeks including testing on real data; programs that connect many systems are delivered in phases.
Do you maintain integrations after launch?
Yes. Integrations break when vendors change their APIs, so we offer ongoing support with monitoring and fixes.
